After Care Services Policy
This After-Care Services Policy outlines the support available to our clients following the completion of a primary consulting project.
1. Scope of After-Care Services After-care services are designed to provide limited, short-term support and guidance to address minor issues related to the successful delivery of a completed project. This may include answering questions about the final deliverables or addressing minor bugs in a custom software solution. After-care services do not include new development, extensive revisions, or new strategic planning.
2. Duration of After-Care After-care support is provided for a period of 30 days following the official completion date of a project, as defined in the final signed agreement or project completion email.
3. How to Request After-Care To request after-care support, please email us with a detailed description of your issue or question. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Extended Services Any requests for support beyond the 30-day after-care period or requests that fall outside the scope of this policy may be provided at an additional fee. These extended services will be subject to a new written agreement or statement of work.
