Due to the nature of our consulting services, which involve intellectual property, professional labor, and the delivery of proprietary strategies, Smart Solve INC. generally does not offer refunds. This policy is in place because the value of our work is delivered through expertise and time, which cannot be returned.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee We are committed to your satisfaction and will work diligently to deliver the services as outlined in our written agreement. If you are not satisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us immediately so we can address your concerns.

2. Circumstances for Refund Consideration A refund or partial credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis only in the event of a documented failure to deliver a core service as defined in the original signed contract. A refund will not be issued for dissatisfaction with strategic outcomes that are beyond our control.

3. Claim Process If you believe a refund is warranted, you must submit a formal request in writing via email within 15 days of the project completion date. Your request must include:

  • A detailed explanation of the issue.
  • The specific terms of the contract that you believe were not met.
  • Supporting documentation.

4. Our Review Upon receipt of your claim, we will review the matter internally. The decision to issue a refund or credit, in full or in part, remains at the sole discretion of Smart Solve INC.
